Centrally located along Wyndham Street overlooking Tai Kwun, our flagship Babacio Central serves up an array of traditional Neapolitan pizzas and classic Italian dishes in a contemporary atmosphere. We serve three different types of pizzas, including classic, bianca, and fritta (deep-fried). Our recipe relies on a chewy soft crust and fresh, authentic Italian ingredients; we also offer antipasti, salads, gnocchi, desserts, and a wide selection of beers and cocktails. Pawan has also collaborated with some of the city’s greatest names such as the notorious Giancarlo Mancino and James Barker. Pawan is now sharing his knowledge with the team that he supervises.
Where does he find inspiration? In the Italian culture of course but also his origins and art.
